Behind the bookcase at Bespoke 1837 is one of Trondheim's historic cellars. Low light, one long table, twelve seats and one seating a night.
The room is built to dissolve the traditional boundary between the kitchen and the bar. It holds a changing programme of exclusive evenings, each with its own theme. The Chef's Table, where unforgettable experiences are crafted.
The room behind the bar
The library covers one wall of Bespoke 1837, and the room is on the other side of it. It is a cellar room, and the wine cellar adjoins it.
Terroir Sessions are held in the wine cellar, around its own long table in the same low light.
They didn't remember the room. They remembered the evening.
On the first guests of Hôtel du Nord, 1837
One room, many evenings
Twelve seats and one seating a night suit more than one kind of evening. Each is put together on its own terms: a theme, a menu, and the kitchen or the bar hosting the table.
The Chef's Table is the first. What follows is announced in the calendar.
