Each session is built around a single region, a single or a handful of producers, and a meal made to match. Dates and the first events will be announced early in the new year.
The room behind the bar
Below Villa Nord there is a cellar. A wine cellar. Addjoining our speakeasy. Low light, one long table, and one of Trondheim's historic cellars.
The growers pour their own craft, and supper is crafted around the wines, never the other way around.
What is in the cellar
The Villa Nord Private Collection is rooted in the classical vineyards of Italy and France, and does not stop there, natural and organic bottles, lively pét-nats and savoury orange wines.
Nothing is poured to impress. We would rather you leave knowing one terroir deeply than twelve single labels. Dates are announced when the room is ready. Write to us, or sign up for the news letter and you will be the first to know.
